    Within 48 hours we confirm the price and date by message or email.

  3. You pay

    30% deposit when we place the order, the rest before shipping or cash on delivery.

  4. It arrives

    Free courier delivery, or installation from RSD 24,000.

Any home charger from the shop can come with installation. Basic installation next to your electrical panel starts at RSD 24,000; anything beyond that we quote after a site check, before work starts.

Questions

Do I pay anything now?

No. A reservation is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Once we confirm the price and date, we send payment details and you decide whether to buy.

What does “first batch” mean?

We order Iocharger chargers straight from the factory, in a batch. That’s why the price is lower than at local distributors. We confirm the delivery date before you pay.

What does “available to order” mean?

We order the charger from the manufacturer or distributor once you order it. The lead time is shown on the product page, and we confirm it before you pay.

How many kW do I need?

For most cars, 11 kW on a three-phase 3 × 16 A line is enough: even a big battery fills up overnight. A 22 kW charger only makes sense if your car supports it and you have a 3 × 32 A line.

Cable or socket?

A tethered cable is easiest for daily charging: park and plug in. A socket charger uses your own cable, looks tidier, and you can keep the cable in the car.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, and cancel an order before delivery.

What warranty do I get?

Only the one the manufacturer gives: the term is on the product page, and where we’re still checking it, we confirm it before you pay. On top of that, Serbian law makes us responsible for the goods’ conformity for two years from delivery.

Do you ship outside Serbia?

Only within Serbia for now. For Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia, message us and we’ll check.
