Deadline
You can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You can also cancel an order before delivery.
How to withdraw
Send the form below or any clear statement to hello@evolako.com, as a Viber or WhatsApp message to +381 65 381 6083, or by post. We confirm receipt without delay.
Returning goods and refunds
- Return the goods within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice.
- We refund the money, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods or proof they were sent.
- The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You are liable for reduced value if you used the goods beyond what’s needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning — for example, if the charger was used for weeks, is damaged or has missing parts. An installation done by us and a test charge don’t count.
