This is an English translation for convenience. The Serbian version is legally binding.
Delivery
- Courier delivery to an address in Serbia is free.
- Goods in stock ship within 2 business days of payment.
- Batch and special-order goods: the lead time is on the product page and we confirm it before payment.
- Unless agreed otherwise, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
- Check the parcel on receipt. Report transport damage to the courier and to us the same day.
Payment
- Bank transfer or IPS QR code; we send the details with the order confirmation.
- Cash on delivery for goods in stock.
- Batch and special-order goods: 30% deposit after confirmation, the rest before shipping or on delivery.
- You get an advance fiscal receipt for the deposit and a final fiscal receipt at delivery, by email.
- Card payments and installments will come later.
Companies
Companies receive a quote and an invoice. 50% deposit on acceptance, the rest before delivery. Transport and unloading of DC chargers are agreed in the quote.
