Terms of sale

This is an English translation for convenience. The Serbian version is legally binding.

Seller

The seller is the sole proprietor ANDREI SMEKHOV PR NOVI SAD, trading as Evolako. Registered address: Kopernikova 56, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. Registration number (MB): 68853834. Scope

These terms apply to distance purchases of goods on shop.evolako.rs by customers in Serbia. Companies receive a separate quote.

Reservation

A reservation is free and binds neither you nor us. Once we confirm the delivery date, we send you the final price and payment details, and you decide whether to buy.

How the contract is made

  1. You choose a product and send an order or reservation.
  2. Before any payment, you receive an email confirmation with the product name, final price, delivery date and payment method, along with these terms and the withdrawal form.
  3. A reservation is not an order and does not bind you. Once we confirm the price and lead time, we send you a written confirmation with payment details and a clear note that ordering means an obligation to pay.
  4. The contract is concluded when you accept the order on that confirmation in writing or pay the deposit.
  5. We email the confirmation of the concluded contract no later than at delivery.

You can check and correct all details before sending an order. If you notice a mistake after sending, message us.

Prices

All prices are in Serbian dinars and final. Courier delivery to an address in Serbia is free. The price in our order confirmation applies.

Payment

By bank transfer or IPS QR code; cash on delivery for goods in stock. For goods from an incoming batch and goods ordered for you, a 30% deposit is due after we confirm the order, and the rest before shipping or on delivery. You receive a fiscal receipt by email for every payment.

Delivery

The delivery date is shown on the product page and in the order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If we can’t deliver on time, we tell you without delay; if the contract is terminated for that reason, we refund you within 5 days. Risk passes to you when you receive the goods.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we can’t settle a dispute between us, you can start proceedings before a body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The ministry responsible for consumer protection publishes the list of these bodies.

We use order details only for the purchase, delivery and support, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Language

The contract is concluded in Serbian.
